Serrena has owned a salon that specializes in extensions for over 20 years. She has had her hands in all types of hair and recognizes how extensions are changing people’s lives. For her, it is not always about the long flowing hair… men and women face many struggles which can create hair loss, and stem from different illnesses, weight loss, hormones, or hereditary issues.

Hair growth can be affected in so many ways, so Serrena made it  her mission to research and find the solutions that would fit each client and help their specific and personal hair needs..

With her devotion, love and large  goals, Serrena brings the most exclusive, and sought after tools for extensionists to the hair market! Most importantly, being able to bring them to your door step! Serrena has mastered her craft, and looks forward to Shairing her passion with fellow stylists, cosmetologists, and salons. We offer salon support through inspiration, education, tools and tricks of the trade.

Meet Serrena

Serrena is a noted makeup artist, hair stylist and extension specialist in the fashion and film industries. Serrena has worked in the beauty world for over 20 years, starting at the age of 17. A former model, she keeps up with the latest and hottest trends, and knows how to achieve the most sought-after looks.

Traveling extensively all over the world, Serrena has had her hands in all aspects of the beauty industry. She has styled hundreds, if not thousands, of couples portraits and weddings. She has worked for many network and local television shows, commercials, infomercials, and TV personalities. Her credits also include many regional and national magazines.

Serrena was the official Extensionist for the Miss Texas USA and Miss Texas Teen USA Beauty pageants for many years, as well as numerous fashion shows, reality shows, modeling/acting photo sessions and comp cards. She has worked with a variety of well-known photographers and celebrities along the way.

Serrena has been the proud owner of the salon, Secret Hair Extension and Salon, for over 15 years. She has extensive training in all the various extensions, wigs and hair pieces. She is a master in all textures, ethnicities, and custom blending of hair colors. She is certified in every kind of hair extension. She is also certified in Dinair Airbrush Makeup, and is a former senior makeup and hair artist for The Perfect Face. Noted for her bubbly attitude and naturally gifted styling abilities, Serrena can create magic with her fingers. She is truly a master of her craft.
