Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship everywhere in North America and Europe. For an additional charge, we offer overnight delivery to certain locations. We also offer shipping to Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Products may take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
How long does an order take to arrive?
Orders will be shipped Monday-Thursday Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In December and June, shipping times may take longer.
What do I do if I don’t receive my order?
We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. If the order can’t be rerouted to you within 24 hours, we’ll refund the shipping charges.
Returns
What items are eligible for return?
All products are FINAL sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on any hair products. Please understand human hair products are a hygienic hair product. We always take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW open items or product for safety reasons. This is an industry standard and other hair suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.
If item is proven to be damaged in process of delivery and unopened we will replace your purchase. After inspection, and the product is determined defective, Shaircrets will replace these items for you at no charge but will not cover the cost of the return label.
